To manage the day to day activities of the production department, coordinate with the different departments in the factory to ensure that all tasks related to production department are done of best quality. Ensure all production staff is working according to the approved policies and procedures in an efficient and effective way. To assist the factory manager in documentation and other assigned duties.
Bachelor Degree in Food Science or Industrial Engineering.
7 years’ experience in food manufacturing plants and production lines.
Able to plan ahead, prioritize workload and delegate tasks.
Have the capability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and e-mail.
