Finance and Accounts Manager (Vehicle Lease / Rental Company)

Riyadh, Central Province · Accounting/Finance

Responsibilities:

  • Study and understand business trends; Discuss & obtain inputs from key business heads w.r.t future market outlook;
  • Assess projected profitability; Formulate appropriate strategies for operational financial management; Recommend and implement suitable actions;
  • Obtain and review monthly accounts & schedules;
  • Review annual budgets; Monitor budget variances; Report variances to HOD's;
  • Obtain feedback / justifications on negative variances;
  • Approve deviations in specific cases;
  • Approve vendor/supplier advances in order to facilitate smooth financial operations through effective management.
  • Monitor key accounting parameters (profits per division & company, cash flow, overdue debtors, overdue insurance claims);
  • Check and verify compliance of accounting standards;
  • Liaise with external auditors;
  • Facilitate smooth conduct of audit;
  • Clarify auditor's concerns with respect to accounting entries; Modify accounts accordingly;
  • Guide the team in preparing annual accounts in line with IFRS in order to put in place suitable accounting and auditing mechanisms.

 

Chartered Accountant with 10 of Experience

Vehicle Lease / Rental Industry Experience is MUST
