Sales Manager (Toys Company) - Saudi National

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent with relevant specialization(s) in Customer Service from a recognized academic institution.
  • Minimum 7 - 12 years of experience with 5 years in a leadership position
  • Experience in Toys market in Saudi Arabia
  • Certified Client Service Professional (C-CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred in order to implement and maintain satisfactory customer service standards.
  • Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP), Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) or equivalent certification is preferred in order to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Proven ability in managing and motivating small to medium sized teams.
