At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent with relevant specialization(s) in Customer Service from a recognized academic institution.
Minimum 7 - 12 years of experience with 5 years in a leadership position
Experience in Toys market in Saudi Arabia
Certified Client Service Professional (C-CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred in order to implement and maintain satisfactory customer service standards.
Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP), Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) or equivalent certification is preferred in order to ensure sales targets are met.
Proven ability in managing and motivating small to medium sized teams.
