Cloud support professional (CONSULTANT-L1)

Duration: 1 Year
Skills Needed:
• Cloud support professional duties include but not limited to:
• Support the portal environment which is based on RemoteApp technology
• maintain the users sessions
• Resolve users’ issues with the sessions and end applications
• Support and configure Cloud services such as Hyper-V, RemoteApp, VMware and Citrix
• Support the cloud implementation on RemoteApp infrastructure
• Maintain the portal web application deployed on SharePoint including future upgrades
• Have deep knowledge about Microsoft SharePoint services and infrastructure
• Ability to analyze and implement the best practices setup for the web portal application
• Support the deployment and upgrades of users applications on the cloud servers including Landmark DSIS
• Have excellent scripting skills. Required for end application deployment
• Have excellent documentation skills. Required during each support process (deployment, upgrade, enhancement, customization …etc.)
