Responsibilities for OEM Support Engineer shall be:
The support engineer must be an OEM’s employee, with at least three (3) years of service. Supporting documents shall be provided.
The support engineer must hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering
The support engineer must hold a valid OEM technical certification on the supported storage system.
Three years’ experience maintaining similar OEM equipment in a large enterprise computer center similar to the EXPEC Computer Centre.
Five (5) years’ experience in High Performance Computing technologies and/or enterprise level storage systems, and/or High Performance Computing Application, depending on the intended activities or role.
Experienced in Linux/Unix Operating systems.
Fluent in spoken and written English, including computer related technical terminology.
Customer may require additional levels of technical certification based on the Installation & Technology being addressed.
