Recruitment Manager - Retail Company (Saudi National)

  • Maintain updated Manpower plan, budgeting and consequently recruitment Plan.
  • Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and source.
  • Manage the recruitment process of efficient Technical staff & Crew to reduce overall employee turnover. Including all technical & Maintenance Engineers, Trades Jobs, Various equipment Operators and Etc…
  • Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Build a quality relationship with the internal and external recruitment agencies.
  • Manage the coordination with manning agents for selection of all candidates and ensure timely delivery of qualified applicants through pro-active, strategic, and effective processing of recruitment.
  • Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
  • Monitor the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the HR process compatible.
  • Manage, guide  and develop the team of HR Recruiters
  • Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.
