• Recruitment and sourcing discipline knowledge.
• Manage end to end Recruitment Process.
• Interacting with Business Team on regular basis & conducting meetings on demand & supply.
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives;
• Sources candidates, screens resumes, and conducts phone screens and interviews.
• Scheduling interviews between hiring managers & candidates.
• Keeps abreast of employment market trends/ opportunities and evaluates impact on the hiring plans and forecasts.
• Recommends or initiates action for staffing initiatives as it relates to market conditions/trends.
• Should be well versed with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Experience with sourcing and recruiting all levels employees
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
