This role will support the Senior Marketing Manager across the Fashion categories: Accessories, Menswear, Womenswear and Childrenswear & Toys
You will support the delivery of cross-functional campaigns, working closely with relevant teams across both the Customer matrix alongside the wider business including, Buying and Merchandising, Communications (PR & Events), Multimedia Creative, Retail Operations and Visual Presentation. On top of this you will be in regular contact with the Stakeholders in the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The type of projects you can expect to work on will include small brand initiatives, all the way through to global media campaigns
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager with strategic Fashion planning for annual and seasonal Category and Creative campaigns
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the successful delivery of endemic brand partnerships relevant to Category and Creative campaigns
- Project Manage and implement strategic, key Campaigns
- Oversee regular catch-ups with key internal stakeholders
- Oversee the Fashion Marketing Real Estate calendar - supporting the team with identifying and implementing strategic opportunities relevant to Category and Creative Campaigns
- Manage 4 direct reports
You will ideally possess the following skills and experience:
- Marketing or Business-related University Degree is preferred
- Proven project management experience within a retail environment
- Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strategic thinker
- Credible and confident
- Evidence of developing strong relationships with key business partners
