Primavera Scheduler
The responsibilities of the Primavera Scheduler will primarily include:
  • Schedule IT projects in Primavera P6, EPPM,
  • Develop, coordinate and maintain program/ project schedules as well as maintain an integrated master schedule.
  • Suggest the best practice for project scheduling.
  • Monitoring and Controlling-Baseline tracking and control.
  • Assist. Portfolio Performance Team in performing Earned Value Management and reporting.
  • Generate reports from Primavera as requested by management.
  • Prepares .and supports the Project Manager for decision-making reviews and trend analysis.
  • Generate and maintain project dashboards.
  • Assists with the development and refinement of Project Management Plan 
  • Perform other project related tasks as directed by management.
Primavera Scheduler shall possess a minimum of:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT related disdpline from an accredited College or University
  • Three (3) years of hands-on experience with Project Scheduling tools - MS Project and/or Primavera
  • Keen understanding of Project Management principles
  • Working knowledge of maintaining an IT project portfolio and all key system integrations
  • Good communication (written and oral) and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
  • Project planning, Earned Value Management and project reporting skills
  • Certification in Primavera is desirable
  • Bilingual English:/Arabic language
