We are looking for Senior Consultant- Business Development for our client in Hyderabad,Chennai and Banglore
Our Client is one of India's leading people assessment companies and exclusively represents
its head office in India & SAARC, providing assessments to organisations to help recruit, retain,
manage and develop their employees.
Implementing the sales and marketing strategy in the designated territories
Meeting and exceeding targets through consultative client engagements
Providing assessment backed solutions to add value to clients processes and help them
successfully implement the same in their companies
Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key users, influencers and decision
Creating reports and client presentations based on analyses of data collected during
interaction with clients
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities
Good command over spoken and written English
Comfortable conversing with Senior Management
Knowledge of the local market(Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad) is a must. Working
Knowledge of other areas in the South and East will be an added advantage
Willing to travel extensively
Further inputs on the role based on various queries received :
1. Should have performed a Direct sales role, selling to corporates at the Sr. Management level. Sales responsibilities comprise more than 80% of this role.
2. Marketing and other responsibilities comprise the remaining 20% of this role.
3. Regions - Sales exposure & Market knowledge of any of the following regions - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, is a must; Should have sold in these regions. Exposure to other regions in South & East will be an added advantage (Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal, Rest of Tamil Nadu, Rest of Karnataka)
4. Industries/Domain - Client is not specific on this and open to evaluate candidates across Industries/Domains, provided they are compliant
