Assistant Manager-Customer services
Role: Attend online customer chats & assist online jewellery sales

Pre sales- chats, emails and customer calls
should be able to handle both pre & post sales
Extremely good communication skills 
Must be a team player
Must have experience in managing a small team
Should be able to build relationships with the customers. 
Should be a graduate
MUST be from online companies only (Customer service in Jewelry domain is preferred).
