Focuses on achievement of the assigned targets, through oversight and definition of improvement
actions as needed. Focuses on sales forecasting accuracy, timely and complete quote, clean orders % (executable backlog), NPS (Net Promote Score), SFDC data quality KPIs, minimize the # of manual sales order changes due to
inconsistent master data.
- Supporting at the dedicated area a proper implementation and communication of the sales processes; and possesses an in-depth knowledge in relation to the sales tool deployment (e.g. SFDC, Apttus);
- Supports the implementation of enabling technologies to local sales units, e.g. Mobility, E-business;
- Supports the development and use of the opportunity tracking tools and collect the business requirements (e.g. from Sales users) to enhance the sales processes and improve market intelligence;
- Supporting at the dedicated area a proper implementation and communication of the sales processes; and possesses an in-depth knowledge in relation to the sales tool deployment (e.g. SFDC, Apttus);
- Technically competent wrt Low Voltage products.
- Highly skilled in people management. Ensures a proper communication and updates on issues related to team
