Duties will also entail, but not be limited to:
Sailpoint IIQ, Arcos Application Availability monitoring
Incident Resolution & Problem management
Sailpoint, Arcos patch installation
Change request deployment
SOP & SMTD preparation & Update
Helpdesk tasks Activities
Sailpoint IIQ, Arcos PAM Issues/Requests escalated from Helpdesk
Troubleshooting Non MSS applications issue
AD Security/ADFS/AAD Connect Services management (L3 Activities)
