Job Description :
• Monitor, track and drive Problem investigation through to resolution.
• Take ownership and support the Problem Management processes, procedures and work instructions.
• Organize and chair Problem investigation meetings with resolving teams, agree and assign time-bound actions and monitor diagnostics/ resolutions in line with SLA.
• Maintain awareness and understanding of all Problems, ensuring effective communication with senior stakeholders /customer.
• Monitor, track, report and escalate Post Incident Review (PIR) and root cause analysis.
• Analyze trends and identify proactive problems.
• Regular SLA performance data gathering and the determination of remedial/ corrective action.
