JD: Experience in AutoCAD, Revit etc.
- Experience in complete Asset Management.
- Receives and responds to incoming help desk calls.
- Attend to Employee inquiry/questions and create/log problem by using a Helpdesk agent to resolve issues and problems.
- Troubleshooting including identification, resolution and escalation of Desktop Applications like Internet, E-mail, Internet and all Intranet Issues, BOX, ZOOM and Microsoft Outlook setup. Provides system Installation, configuration, and maintenance. Maintains troubleshooting activities in a Windows-based help desk or support environment. Performs on-site diagnostics, upgrades, and repair of PC computer equipment. Performs printer maintenance and repair, network testing, cabling, and maintenance, and set-up and deployment of new desktop and notebook computers, peripherals, printers, software, and other items as required.
- Provides technical support for all IT Division personnel and basic user orientation. Strong computer systems and peripherals knowledge
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft products (PC, printers, peripherals, etc.). Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner and prevent reoccurring problems.
- Strong and proven ability to render clear documentation and system specifications from interviews/discussions/workshops. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
