We are looking for a SeniorSpecialist – Digital Workplace Technologies to support the availability and effective use of information management and digital workplace technologies across our clients organisation to defined SLAs.
The role is a great opportunity to implement and support Office 365 Collaboration and digital workplace apps for a large enterprise with over 45K users
. Roles And Responsibilities
Support the ongoing operations and maintenance of corporate IM Platforms and digital collaboration solutions across ou Client's Organisation.
Lead and support the creation, delivery and embedding of standards, guidelines, best practices and other supporting artifacts across IM platforms and collaboration services within our client's organisation
Support the development and socialization of collaboration capabilities, road map and strategy.
Serve as a functional SME for collaboration apps and services.
Proactively engage with principal architects, partners, vendors, and other teams to ensure the systems and solutions stay up to date aligning with technology road maps.
Foster a culture of cooperation, accountability, and trust amongst partners, suppliers, vendors, and adjacent services
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related degree
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Exposure to IM Platforms with large scale and diverse organizations
Exposure to technology, information and application architecture domains
Strong knowledge and experience with:
Digital workplace solutions, including SharePoint, Yammer, Skype, Teams, Stream, Planner, PowerApps, Flow, etc.
Web and mobile technologies and trends;
Providing end-user support, advice and guidance across digital workplace solutions;
IT service monitoring, delivery, reporting, administration and management
