Process
Contribute research and insights to service line planning / corporate planning
Prepare and update GTM calendar including Content, Digital, Events, Sponsored Research, analyst & Advisory Briefings, PR and other elements as per annual, quarterly, monthly planning cycles for all service lines in their portfolio to achieve targeted leads and cost per lead.
Support service line teams in preparing the briefs for content and activity plans
Support service line teams in ensuring content quality
Direct internal marketing services and agency teams on content development, activity execution and media planning of adequate standard
Co-ordinate with service line teams, support agencies and sales in executing the GTM calendar as per plan.
Track and report ROI metrics for GTM activity and service line as per annual, quarterly, monthly reporting cycles

Complete planned development programs for self to meet business and personal needs.
TECHNOLOGY/DOMAIN EXPERTISE :
Functional Skills : Good all round exposure to digital & social marketing, event management, content & creative development in a technology led business context
People Skills : good time management and team work skills
EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS :
Must be a graduate with First Class (Score 70% and above). Engineering/ IT + Management qualification preferred.
Proactive, energetic, team player with good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a matrix organization.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL AND OTHERS :
Minimum 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in a Tier 1,2 IT Product & Services company in a marketing role plus additional experience in an agency servicing customers in IT/ B2B marketing space, or in a sales / pre-sales / tech role in a technology company.
Experience in marketing to international markets in US / Europe will be an advantage.
