Required Service Manager
Qualifications Required:
IT Degree or Diploma
-Information Technology Infrastructure Library Certification (ITIL)
-Experience in leading and managing a team across wide range of technologies and across functionalities
-Minimum of 5 years in service delivery, change management and problem managemen

-Product evaluation and upgrading skills
-User requirements from BU's required
Role requirements
-Measurement of service levels and KPI,
-6 month calibration period
-Possible re-negotiations of service levels
-Measurement of business disruption
-Very strong vendor Level Management
-Service level unpacking
-Identifying problems with regards to service levels
-Manage and control all Service Delivery as per the relevant contracts in the Absa environment ensuring customer satisfaction, creation of one stop service and sustainable long term business and relationship.
The position is one that requires honesty and integrity, the incumbent will have access to financial systems that contain sensitive data relating to cash and other applications relating to financial data and or systems.
