Sales Manager (Furniture / Kitchen)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing sales projects, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of sales projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.

  • Monitor project performance and ensure timely and successful completion of deliverables.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.

  • Identify and address potential challenges or risks related to sales projects.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, project management, or a similar role.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Bilingual (English & Arabic)
