Direct and control all financial planning and provide financial advices. Also responsible for approving a charter of accounts for all operating business to ensure controlling of the Group Accounting system. Ensure the budget and target setting, well developed, implemented on time and comply with the long-term strategic goals.

• Formulate and Implement financial & business performance reporting packages and reporting cycle.
• Establishes a Group-wise accounting policy, procedures, processes including the accounting charts, and system of internal controls to ensure protection of assets, accuracy and reliability of financial information and financial reporting.
• Maintains a forward-looking financial plan including cash flows covering equity and debt to provide for projected financial needs of the Group businesses.
• Reviews monthly/quarterly financial performance reports and reporting deviations to plan objectives with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Establish Chart of Accounts, financial reporting templates, period closing procedures, reporting cycle to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
