Business Development Specialist (Healthcare Sector )

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or specialized training in business development or healthcare management would be a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Healthcare Sector or a related field, with a proven track record of success in business development and partnership management.
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in the Healthcare Sector or a related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sector's dynamics and challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of business development strategies, marketing techniques, and brand expansion in the Healthcare Sector. Proven ability to develop effective strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present proposals, engage with key decision-makers, and secure new business opportunities. Ability to articulate the value proposition of the organization and build trust with potential partners.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
  • Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
  • Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.
  • Developing client relationships and strengthening Healthcare partnerships.
  • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
  • Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
