Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage End-User Devices Support Unit
- Manage Company's IT Support Services contract, and Telecommunication Services
- Provide 24X7 Data Center Infrastructure and Operations Support
- Provide 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) Support
- Provide Servers, Storage and Archive Management Support
- Provide Local Area Network (LAN), Wi-Fi Support Services to Staff and Visitors
- Provide Wide Area Network (WAN) and Outside Plant Network Support Services
- Provide IP Telephony, and Radio Communication Support Services
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in BA in in Information Technology, or IT Engineering
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Project Management, Data Center Management, Networking Infrastructure, and IP Telephony
- General experience in IT Support & Maintenance, Account Management, and/or Service Delivery Management
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management Certification in PMP, ITIL, COBIT
