Configure, customize and deploy clinical data warehouse products and services within the customer environment, including quality checks.
Work with cloud providers and customers’ system administrators to deliver enterprise level solutions.
Deploy, optimize and administer cloud resources.
Elicit and document technical requirements from customers.
Communicate technical plans to customers and solution provider managers.
Monitor and troubleshoot solution implementations, articulate and escalate problems and implement break-fixes and workarounds
Communicate customer feedback to solution provider technical teams and management.
Design, develop and deliver technical support, technical documentation, communication materials, training, and training materials.

Required Skills
Ability to manage customer expectations and requests, remotely and/or in person, to provide consistent support, and identify and resolve technical issues
Experience troubleshooting and resolving enterprise solution problems
Documentation skills for technical documentation, knowledge articles and user training
Experience working in and/or managing cloud environments and technologies
Experience working with containerization/container orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with Linux including scripting (e.g. bash)
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC, e.g. CloudFormation)
