Understands the strategic direction of the company and leads efforts to mature Company’s Talent Management and Performance Management programs to ensure company has a workforce with the skill and the will to deliver on our transformation agenda.
Leads the creation of a career planning and talent deployment ‘center of excellence’ to enable company’s workforce and leadership to make sound career development decisions and accelerate talent through the organization. This includes, but not limited to, ownership of job profiles, career patching tools, succession planning and project-skill fit processes.
As a strategic partner, works with HR business partners and cross-functional leadership teams to successfully implement core, integrated talent management programs, including annual goal setting, performance management, talent assessment, and talent deployment (succession planning).
Assembles a cross functional set of resources capable of assisting in the development and deployment of the integrated talent management programs based on guidance established by senior leadership and process SMEs. Develops and leads the execution of efficient and effective project plans.
Partners with Corporate Communications and HR Operations to drive talent management excellence through effective communications and change management.
Maintains knowledge of industry trends and practices related to talent management with application to Company’s programs.
Ensures legal compliance of, and enterprise adherence to, assigned talent management policies.
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent work experience.
