He should have more than 15 Years of experience in Accounting and Finance, holding professional qualification such as CA or CPA with professional membership.
Should possess expertise in strategic finance, accounting and risk management, financial and operational strategy, monitoring of control systems, asset management and budgetary preparations.
Must have proven skills of strategic planning, finance and accounting operations, budgets, MIS reporting, treasury management, risk management & Internal control, team management.
Should act independently, self-organized, decision making, analyzing and resolving issues, maintain good relationship with internal departments, business units and understanding their requirements in terms of budgeting, liaising with banks, auditors and vendors.
This position oversees centralized F&A function spanning across 04 legal entities.
The position requires proven display of leadership traits in handling any tier 1 or tier 2 ERP implementation and subsequent successful roll out, across various legal entities or dept./functions.
Candidates from industry such as Real Estate development, Construction or manufacturing or Investment management are preferred.
