  • Managing Programme and Portfolio wide initiatives relating to resource utilization, change control, financials and portfolio development and maintenance
  • Identifying trends and improvement opportunities, highlighting proposed action plans to senior PMO management
  • Provide advice and guidance to the team and work effectively within a multi-team environment
  • Completing quality assurance review checks to monitor the quality of project reporting and deliverables, to drive improvements across the portfolio
  • Helping the team achieve their delivery objectives through the detailed application of one or two elements of the PMO skill set (e.g. risk management, project planner)
  • Problem identification, report writing, recommending actions and building relationships with immediate contacts
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others and provide help where required, strong interpersonal skills. (Teamwork)
