Business Manager (Motion) - Engineering

Implements the Global Business Area and Divisions strategy in the countries within the area of responsibility. Provides input to Global Business Area and Divisions.
Ensures achievement of established targets through regular oversight and definition of
improvement actions as needed. Delivers operational/project targets to ensure customer satisfaction and improve net promoter score (NPS). May have oversight of Local Business Areas in other countries
Leads and manages the production units as allocated by the Business Area and implements local plans to achieve targets. Improves manufacturing technology and competence in line with Business Areas/Divisions strategy.
Strategize, Lead, Drive and Oversees all marketing and sales activities within the local unit and allocated markets. Cross-boarders collaboration with Motion Business Area different stakeholders and all of our divisions to ensure MO is well positioned for sales profitable growth
Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Minimum 12-14 years of experience with proven track record in leadership positions with P&L responsibility. Strategic planning and execution capacity to drive business growth
Strong background in service business and ability to lead service operations
